SOSA is looking for a driven and passionate Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the first engagement with potential clients, focusing on outbound efforts, to drive business opportunities. You'll take ownership of leads, from prospecting to closing deals. In addition, you'll get a chance to play an important role in building our business development team.

 

Who are you:

  • Have 1+ years of SDR/BDR experience with creating new business opportunities for enterprise leads
  • Experienced in the US market outbound efforts. Global experience is a plus
  • Experienced in working with CRM software and BDR tools, Hubspot and SalesOps tools are a plus
  • Proficient in English with excellent written and presentation skills 
  • Have exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • A quick learner and self-driven
  • Passionate about working in an environment that is welcoming, open, transparent, curious, collaborative, challenging, high-paced, results-driven, and fun


What you'll do:

  • Take ownership of leads from prospecting to closing deals
  • Manage the sale cycle, including but not limited to prospecting potential leads, managing reach outs, coordinating meetings and demos, and conducting preliminary research for meetings
  • Manage leads pipeline in Hubspot according to company guidelines
  • Work in collaboration with the Marketing and Business Development team to track, measure, and improve sales processes
