SOSA is looking for a Head of Innovation to lead and manage SOSA’s growing Corporate Innovation team.

If you’re a natural-born leader and a people person, have got your eyes and ears on the bustling tech ecosystem, and have experience managing a team with a strong background in business development and open innovation, you’ve arrived at the right place. As Head of Innovation at SOSA, you’ll work very closely with our VP of Corporate Innovation on the innovation team’s strategy and their day-to-day responsibilities.

Who you are:

• You have 5+ years of experience in management consulting or innovation positions, preferably in corporations. 
• Have exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, are detail-oriented, highly organized, and have the ability to manage a team and multiple projects. 
• Highly engaged in the tech ecosystem and maintain strong relationships with VCs, accelerators/incubators, corporations, and other strategic partners. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (a must).
•  Proficiency in public speaking.
•  Experienced in leading teams, preferably globally. 
• Looking to work in an environment that is welcoming, transparent, collaborative, challenging, high-paced, results-driven, and fun.

What you’ll do: 

• Lead and manage all aspects of the global Corporate Innovation team on their day-to-day responsibilities, and the team’s personal growth and development.
• Oversee client deliverables, ensuring innovation managers uphold strong relationships with corporate partners and provide seamless executions. 
• Manage the team’s operations and constantly develop SOSA’s corporate innovation methodologies and best practices. 
• Establish trusted relationships with SOSA’s corporate partners to achieve annual renewal targets. 
• Lead and support strategic business development opportunities with current and potential partners to grow SOSA’s corporate innovation business.
• Deliver accurate business metrics and monthly reports.
